United States Ninth Circuit

Daas v. Holder, 06-71898

In a petition for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) finding petitioner ineligible for cancellation of removal on the ground that petitioner was convicted of an "aggravated felony," the petition is dismissed where petitioner's conviction for distributing listed chemicals (ephedrine and pseudoephedrine) with reasonable cause to believe they would be used to manufacture methamphetamine qualified as a "drug trafficking crime", and thus, constituted an "aggravated felony."
