In a petition for review of the BIA's order that petitioner was removable pursuant to 8 U.S.C. section 1227(a)(2)(B)(i) based on his 2004 conviction for possession of less than 30 grams of concentrated cannabis, the petition is denied where the plain language of the personal use exception of section 1227(a)(2)(B)(i) did not apply to aliens who had more than one drug conviction.
