In a murder prosecution, a grant of petitioner's habeas petition is reversed where a state supreme court reasonably applied Chambers v. Mississippi, 410 U.S. 284 (1973), in upholding the exclusion of a witness's alleged confession to the murder because the excluded testimony at issue was materially less trustworthy than the excluded testimony in Chambers.
