Trustees of the Const. Ind. v. Hartford Fire Ins. Co., 04-16546

In an action seeking agreed-upon payments to union trusts from insurers, summary judgment for plaintiffs is affirmed in part where prior notice is not required for claims against general contractors under Nev. Rev. Stat. section 608.150; but reversed in part, where plaintiffs' claims against defendant-surety under Nev. Rev. Stat. section 339.035 failed for lack of notice.
