In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging a wrongful interrogation, summary judgment for Defendants is affirmed in part, where the pertinent law on Plaintiff's Fourth Amendment claim was not clearly established at the time of the violations; but reversed in part, where Defendants coerced incriminating statements from Plaintiff in violation of the Fifth Amendment.
