Coalition for ICANN Transparency, Inc. v. VeriSign, Inc., 07-16151
In an antitrust action claiming that Defendant, which acts as the sole operator of the ".com" and ".net" domain name registries, set artificially high prices for those domain names, the dismissal of the complaint is reversed where the complaint properly alleged: 1) a conspiracy between Defendant and ICANN; and 2) that the prices set in their agreement was anticompetitive.
