US v. Begay, 07-10487

Defendant's firearm possession convictions are affirmed where the evidence was sufficient to show that he used a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence. Convictions for first-degree murder are reversed where the government failed to introduce evidence sufficient to show premeditation.
