Defendant's drug sentence is affirmed, where: 1) the District Court was statutorily required to impose consecutive sentences, as required by 18 U.S.C. section 1791(a)(2) when the offense at issue involves controlled substances, and 2) the sentence did not exceed the applicable statutory maximum.
