US v. Nguyen, 07-30197

Defendant's convictions on charges relating to transportation of stolen property are affirmed in part, where the District Court's failure to instruct the jury regarding materiality on the misbranding of medical devices charge, but reversed in part, where the government introduced prejudicial hearsay accomplice testimony at trial.
