Meyer v. Horizon Health Corp., 06-17084

In a qui tam action against Defendant-Hospital for fraudulently billing Medicare, the dismissal of the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is affirmed, where the facts underlying the alleged fraud were publicly disclosed in a prior lawsuit, and Plaintiffs were not original sources of the evidence of the alleged fraud.
