Petitioner's petition for review of the denial of his asylum application is granted, where the BIA improperly: 1) engaged in factfinding in denying the asylum claim; and 2) reversed the Immigration Judge's factual finding that Petitioner suffered persecution because of his political affiliation while in his native Haiti.
