In a personal injury action against firearm manufacturers based on a criminal shooting, the partial grant of Defendants' motions to dismiss is affirmed where the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act protected the federally licensed manufacturers from liability, but did not protect the unlicensed manufacturer Defendant.
