Defendant's kidnapping conviction is affirmed, where Defendant argued that the U.S. was prosecuting him for an offense other than the one for which he was extradited from Mexico in violation of the doctrine of specialty, but in fact Mexico agreed to Defendant's extradition for the crimes at issue.
