Bova v. Medford, 08-35091

In an action challenging Defendant-City's policy of discontinuing health insurance coverage to employees after their retirement, judgment for Defendant is vacated with instructions to dismiss where Plaintiffs' claims were unripe because: 1) employees had yet to retire; and 2) Defendant-City did not deny employees health benefits.
