Mohamed v. Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc., 08-15693

In an action alleging that Defendant participated in Plaintiff foreign nationals' abduction in aid of U.S. intelligence gathering, the dismissal of the complaint is reversed, where the state secrets doctrine did not require dismissal because Plaintiffs' claims were not all predicated on an alleged secret agreement between Defendant and the U.S.
