The Bankruptcy Court's order suspending Debtor's counsel from practicing law is affirmed, where: 1) the Bankruptcy Court has the inherent power to sanction attorneys; and 2) the court's order to show cause gave counsel adequate notice of the grounds upon which counsel might be sanctioned.
