Wilson v. Kayo Oil Co., 07-56765

In an ADA action alleging Defendant-Store's failure to reasonably accommodate Plaintiff, the dismissal of the complaint is reversed, where allegations that a plaintiff has visited a public accommodation on a prior occasion and is currently deterred from visiting that accommodation by accessibility barriers establish that plaintiff has standing.
