Rodriguez v. West Pub. Co., 07-56643

In an antitrust action regarding a bar preparation course, the District Court's approval of a settlement is affirmed, where the incentive agreements between certain representative Plaintiffs and class counsel were improper, but other Plaintiffs did not enter such agreements and thus the representatives were not under a disabling conflict.
