Solis v. Matheson, 07-35633

In an action by the Secretary of Labor claiming that Defendant violated the FLSA's overtime requirements, summary judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed in part, where the overtime requirements apply to a business on an Indian reservation, but reversed in part, where the appointment of a receiver in the event the overtime payments were not made was premature.
