William O. Gilley Enters., Inc. v. Atlantic Richfield Co., 06-56059

In an antitrust action regarding alleged gas price-fixing, the dismissal of the complaint is reversed, where: 1) Plaintiff could state a claim under the rule of reason based on the use of exchange agreements to control gas supply; and 2) the agreements may be aggregated to demonstrate anticompetitive effect.
