United States Ninth Circuit

Kaur v. Holder, 06-71048

The denial of Petitioner's asylum petition is reversed, where the BIA: 1) relied on classified evidence without giving Petitioner sufficient notice of the parameters of that evidence; and 2) held that Petitioner was less than candid without providing a reasoned adverse credibility finding.
