Hunt v. Imperial Merchant Servs., Inc., 07-16418

In a class action for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the District Court's order requiring Defendant to fund notice to the class is affirmed, where the District Court determined that Defendant was partially liable on Plaintiff's claims, although that determination was on appeal.
