McSherry v. Long Beach, 06-55837

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action based on a false arrest, summary judgment for Defendants is affirmed in part, where there was no evidence that Defendants ignored exculpatory evidence, but reversed in part, where genuine issues of material fact existed as to whether Defendant-Officer fabricated evidence.
