US v. Ferguson, 07-50096

Defendant's child pornography conviction is vacated, where after Defendant's trial the Supreme Court decided Indiana v. Edwards, 128 S. Ct. 2379 (2008), which prescribed a different standard for evaluating a defendant's mental competency than the one used by the District Court.
