Johnson v. Walton, 07-55935

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging an illegal search, judgment for Plaintiffs is reversed where Defendant-officer was entitled to qualified immunity because she had probable cause to believe that information regarding Plaintiffs' prostitution operation would be located in their home.
