FTC v. Stefanchik, 07-35359

In an action by the FTC against Defendant for making false and deceptive claims while marketing a program purporting to teach purchasers how to become wealthy by buying and selling privately held mortgages, summary judgment for the FTC is affirmed, where the FTC provided overwhelming evidence that the method of generating income offered by Defendant was not effective.
