In an action for a declaratory judgment in a labor dispute that Defendant and a corporation were alter egos, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where the alter ego doctrine does not apply "in reverse" where a non-union employer creates a union company because the non-union employer has no collective bargaining obligations to avoid.
