Griffin v. Arpaio, 06-16132

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action concerning a prisoner's living conditions, judgment for Defendants is affirmed where Plaintiff failed to mention the alleged problems with his living conditions in his grievances to prison authorities and thus failed to exhaust administrative remedies.
