Lassiter v. Bremerton, 07-35848

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action based on a false arrest, judgment for Defendants is affirmed where: 1) the officers had probable cause to arrest Plaintiffs; 2) Defendant-Prosecutor had probable cause to prosecute Plaintiffs; and 3) the city did not ratify the officers' conduct.
