US v. James, 07-10122

Defendant's murder and robbery convictions are affirmed in part where the Federal Juvenile Delinquency Act does not require that charges added after a juvenile's transfer to adult status be the subject of an additional transfer hearing, but vacated in part where sentencing Defendant both for felony murder and second-degree murder and robbery violated the Double Jeopardy Clause.
