Winterrowd v. Am. Gen. Annuity Ins. Co., 07-56541

District Court's order denying Plaintiff's attorney's fees for work performed by attorney not admitted to practice before the District Court is reversed and remanded. The attorney did not engage in the unauthorized practice of law under C.D. Cal. L. R. 83-2.3.1, because his conduct did not rise to the level of "appearing" before the District Court.
