United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Selby, 07-30183

The opinion previously filed by the panel is withdrawn and replaced by the current opinion. Conviction for conflict of interest, wire fraud, and making a false statement is affirmed where, given the evidence viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecution, a rational trier of fact could have found the essential elements of all three crimes beyond a reasonable doubt.
