US v. Al Nasser, 05-10466

In an amended opinion, conviction and sentence for knowingly transporting illegal aliens are affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in determining that officers did not request defendant to stop his vehicle; 2) a voluntary stop is not a seizure; and 3) the sentence was not unreasonably harsh.
