Rubke v. Capital Bancorp LTD, 07-15083

Dismissal of a complaint alleging violations of section 11 of the Securities Act of 1933 and sections 10(b) and 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is affirmed where the district court did not commit reversible error by dismissing plaintiffs' section 11 claims for failure to meet the pleading standards of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 9(b) or by dismissing their section 10(b) and 14(e) claims for failure to meet the pleading standards of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
