Cornhusker Cas. Ins. Co. v. Kachman, 06-35106

In a wrongful death action centering around the effective cancellation date of the insurance policy of the alleged tortfeasor, summary judgment for the insurance company is reversed and remanded where the tortfeasor did not receive actual delivery of the cancellation letter, thus the insurance company did not provide effective cancellation notice. (Amended opinion)
