In an appeal arising out of an insurance policy that plaintiff purchased from defendant-insurer that insured a tax strategy that an accounting firm developed for plaintiff, a ruling confirming an arbitration ruling for insurer finding that the policy did not cover a tax settlement plaintiffs ended up paying is affirmed where the alternative grounds for the arbitrators' award "drew [their] essence from the [p]olicy and plausibly interpreted [it]."
