In union's action claiming that respondent-employer had violated a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) by reducing employee retirement benefits, grant of unions motion to compel arbitration of the matter is affirmed over respondent's claim that the union could not arbitrate its grievance without first obtaining consent from the retirees currently eligible for benefits under the CBA.
