Cosa v. Mukasey, 04-75643
In an asylum case alleging persecution in Romania on the basis of membership in the Millenist faith, petition is granted for review of denial of asylum and withholding of removal, and an adverse finding of credibility is vacated, where: 1) the Immigration Judge's adverse credibility finding was not based on substantial evidence; 2) the adverse credibility finding was based on speculation into and skepticism of Millenism.
