US v. Goddard, 07-50402

Following a conviction for possession of child pornography, imposition of special conditions of supervised release are affirmed in part, and modified in part and remanded where: 1) portions of several conditions had to be stricken where the written judgment differed from the oral pronouncement; 2) two conditions restricting defendant's use of computer-related devices were problematic if broadly construed; but 3) if narrowly construed, the conditions were reasonable.
