Husyev v. Mukasey, 05-75177

Ukrrainian citizen's petition for review of final orders denying him relief from removal is denied where: 1) the circuit court has jurisdiction under the REAL ID Act to review a claim of extraordinary circumstances notwithstanding the jurisdiction-stripping provisions of 8 U.S.C. sections 1158(a)(3) and 1252(a)(2)(B)(ii) or any other possible limitation on review of discretionary decisions; and 2) on the merits, the BIA's decision on his asylum application is affirmed, as are denials of withholding and CAT relief.
