49 U.S.C. section 14704(a)(2) provides for a private cause of action for violations of the Motor Carrier Act (MCA) section 13703, without limitation as to whether the claim rests on an antitrust violation, but a plaintiff must allege actual damages arising from the violation in order to state a claim successfully.
