Ahir v. Mukasey, 04-73464

Petition for review of a decision finding that Indian citizen's application for asylum was frivolous is denied where, when an applicant abuses the asylum process, as petitioner had done in this case, a finding of frivolousness is appropriate so long as the IJ and BIA have followed the requisite procedural framework.
