In a former park ranger's action for violations of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act, summary judgment for the Department of the Interior as well as a denial of plaintiff's discovery request and motion to seal records are affirmed where: 1) there was no abuse of discretion as to plaintiff's discovery claim; 2) the government was authorized under the FOIA Exemption 7(C) to withhold redacted information in a report; 3) for purposes of a right-of-access Privacy Act claim, the district court correctly concluded that the government conducted an adequate search for plaintiff's personnel files; 4) plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to defeat summary judgment on an improper disclosure claim; and 5) a claim regarding the denial of her motion to seal her personal records was not raised below.
