United States Ninth Circuit
Silah v. Mukasey, 06-73857
Petition for review of a denial of application for asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is dismissed where the court lacks jurisdiction to review the denial of petitioner's asylum application since the determination involved an unresolved question of fact, and denied where it was reasonable for the IJ to conclude that circumstances in Sierra Leone have changed such that petitioner's life and freedom were no longer threatened.
