Hong v. Mukasey, 06-72823

Petition for review of a removal order is denied where the exclusionary rule does not generally apply in immigration proceedings and petitioner's due process rights were not violated such that probative evidence should have been suppressed. Petition for review of a denial of her application for cancellation of removal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
