United States Ninth Circuit
Williams v. The Boeing Co., 06-35196
In a suit against brought by Boeing employees alleging they were discriminated against in their employment on the basis of their race, defendant's motion to dismiss the appeal and summary judgment for defendant on a claim are denied and affirmed, respectively, where: 1) the named plaintiffs had, and continued to have, standing for their individual pre-2000 compensation discrimination claim; and 2) on the merits, the district court properly held that the pre-2000 compensation discrimination claim was barred by the statute of limitation.
