Long v. City & County of Honolulu, 05-16567

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 and state law action brought by plaintiff-mother against the city and county of Honolulu and a police officer alleging, inter alia, that he used deadly force against her son in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the officer acted in an objectively reasonable manner under the circumstances.
