In a criminal case involving charges of conspiracy to steal valuable items, and theft of valuable items, found in U.S. mail bound for military personnel stationed in Japan, defendant's sentence is affirmed where the district court did not violate his right of allocution when it denied a motion to close the courtroom for sentencing.
