US v. Alpine Land & Reservoir Co., 06-17375
In an Indian tribe's challenge to a decision of the Nevada State Engineer, which granted the transfer of certain water rights within the boundaries of the Newlands Reclamation Project from the parcels of property to which they were then appurtenant to new parcels, the decision is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded for further proceedings.
