United States Ninth Circuit

Alvarado v. Table Mountain Racheria, 06-15351

In an action brought by individuals who unsuccessfully petitioned the Table Mountain Tribal Council for admission to the Table Mountain Rancheria, an Indian tribe, dismissal of plaintiffs' complaint is affirmed where the district court properly concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to order defendants to admit plaintiffs as members of the tribe.
